Simmons Team 7B Students of the MonthSimmons Team 7B Students of the Month

  • Adan Mendoza Rios: Adan is an erudite student. He shows a great intellect and has a wonderful depth of knowledge. In addition, Adan is respectful and fun, a perfect balance of work and play. Keep up the great work Adan!
  • Natalie Aguilar: Natalie is a student who expects excellence from herself and does not settle for anything less. She is a quiet leader in the classroom and is often relied on by other students for assistance. She is confident, determined, and proud. She is a perfect example of what success looks like. Congratulations.
  • Jennesy Zepeda: is always up for a challenge. When no one else is up for trying, Jennesy will, because she knows that trying is half the battle when it comes to school. She is also a good friend and fun to be around. Congratulations Jennesy!
  • Kevin Reynoso: Kevin is an individual who can be counted on to do the right thing. Whether it's working on classwork and supporting a team member or assisting a staff member with a task. He brings a bright and positive spirit to everything he does. Keep it up Kevin!
  • Paw Ter: Paw is such a diligent, hard worker. Even when the assignments are tough, Paw will ask questions and try and try again until he gets it and completes it. So kind and patient with his team and classmates, Paw is a true person of perseverance. Thank you Paw for being YOU

This month Simmons Middle School’s Team 7B chose five students to be recognized and celebrated for great character; these students are meticulous, diligent, motivated, honorable and .

Teachers nominate students on our team that demonstrate such characteristics, and at the end of the month, teachers choose five students that stand out the most.

Students selected for Students of the Month are announced over the P.A. each day along with why they were chosen. At the end of the week students are celebrated at a luncheon with their teachers, counselor and our administration.
