Simmons Team 7B Students of the MonthSimmons Team 7B Students of the Month

  • Emiliano is an incredibly intelligent and kind individual. He always strives to do his best. His strong determination and willingness to help others has provided him a great start to a successful future.
  • Michael is a shining example of perseverance. Despite the fact that Michael doesn’t LOVE to come to school every day, he still strives to do his best in all his classes. Michael is a polite and caring young man who works hard and works well with others. Your teachers and your peers are proud to have you in our classes!
  • One of Aylin’s great qualities to earn student of the month award is her ability to express herself openly and honestly! Aylin is friendly and fun to be around, but above all she is committed to her schoolwork, to bettering herself through knowledge by staying responsible to her education through her love of reading. Congratulations Aylin!

Each month Simmons Middle School’s Team 7B chooses five students to be recognized and celebrated for great character; being compassionate and encouraging, hardworking and motivated, determined and ambitious, and caring and generous. 

 

Teachers nominate students on our team that demonstrate such characteristics, and at the end of the month, teachers choose five students that stand out the most.  

Students selected for Students of the Month are announced over the P.A. each day along with why they were chosen.  At the end of the week students are celebrated at a luncheon with their teachers, counselor and our administration.

 

Here are the students being celebrated for the month of December: Michael Moravek, Aylin Perez, and Emiliano Ruiz
